I'm an IT systems engineer focused on Microsoft cloud infrastructure, identity, automation, and migrations.
Over the past fifteen years I've worked across everything from help desk tickets and endpoint management to networking, Microsoft 365 architecture, and tenant consolidation, and I still jump into frontline support when that's what the day needs. I gravitate toward the problems that don't have a clean KB article: the weird edge cases, the broken integrations, and the repetitive processes that should have been automated years ago.
